  • and not to misuse pricing, product or technical information.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access where misuse is identified.

We aim to ensure all product descriptions, specifications, images and pricing are accurate.

However:

  • specifications may change without notice,
  • colours and product appearance may vary,
  • and occasional errors may occur.

Blenders Direct reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time.


4. Pricing

All pricing displayed on the website is in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice.

Freight, service work and regional delivery charges may be additional unless specifically included.


5. Orders

All orders placed through the website are subject to acceptance and product availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • refuse orders,
  • limit quantities,
  • cancel orders,
  • or request additional information before processing.

Where an order cannot be fulfilled, customers will be contacted regarding alternatives, delays or refunds where applicable.

Payment is required prior to dispatch unless approved account terms are in place.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Blenders Direct ships Australia wide.

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and may vary depending on:

  • supplier availability,
  • freight providers,
  • regional locations,
  • weather events,
  • or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk in goods passes to the customer upon delivery unless otherwise required by law.

Customer must inspect deliveries and report any damage within 48 hours upon receipt.


8. Servicing

Where service assistance is arranged:

  • site access must be available,
  • services must comply with manufacturer requirements.

Any additional site works, electrical upgrades, or building modifications remain the responsibility of the customer unless specifically included in writing.


9. Returns & Refunds

Returns, refunds and warranty claims are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy and Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.


10. Warranty

The Warranty for Vitamix blender products is subject to a 3 years parts and 1 year labour warranty. Accessories and spare parts are subject to a 12 month manufacturer's defect warranty. Vitamix warranty may be subject to back to base inspections and repairs at the owners cost. 

Warranty does not cover: 
  • misuse
  • incorrect installation
  • abuse
  • neglect
  • accidental damage
  • unauthorised modification
  • failure to maintain equipment properly in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
  • badging, identification numbers, manufacturing plates or marks have been altered or removed
Customers may be required to provide proof of purchase and troubleshooting information.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Blenders Direct is not liable for indirect or consequential loss,
  • loss of profits,
  • business interruption,
  • or delays caused by third-party suppliers or freight providers.

Where liability cannot be excluded under law, our liability is limited to:

  • repair,
  • replacement,
  • or refund,
    as permitted under Australian Consumer Law.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content including:

  • text,
  • graphics,
  • branding,
  • logos,
  • product content,
  • and images

remain the property of Blenders Direct or relevant suppliers unless otherwise stated.

Content must not be reproduced without permission.
