Blenders Direct – Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Blenders Direct, we supply commercial blender equipment, accessories and spare parts Australia wide.

We work with a range of freight providers and suppliers to deliver products efficiently and safely to commercial customers across Australia.


Australia Wide Shipping

Blenders Direct ships products Australia wide including:

  • Queensland
  • New South Wales
  • Victoria
  • South Australia
  • Western Australia
  • Tasmania
  • Northern Territory
  • Regional and remote locations

Freight charges are calculated at checkout where applicable or quoted separately for larger commercial orders.


Processing Times

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, subject to:

  • stock availability,
  • supplier availability,
  • payment confirmation,
  • and order verification.

Some commercial equipment and special-order items may require longer lead times.

Where significant delays occur, customers will be contacted promptly.


Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes vary depending on location and freight provider.

Typical transit times:

  • Metro Areas: 2–7 business days
  • Regional Areas: 3–10 business days
  • Remote Areas: Delivery times may vary

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • freight network congestion,
  • supplier delays,
  • weather events,
  • public holidays,
  • or circumstances outside our control.

Commercial Equipment Deliveries

Commercial blender equipment may be delivered via:

  • courier,
  • road freight,
  • pallet freight,
  • or specialised transport providers.

Customers must ensure:

  • suitable delivery access is available,
  • someone is available to receive the goods where required,
  • and any site restrictions are advised before dispatch.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • tail lift delivery,
  • limited access sites,
  • redelivery,
  • failed delivery attempts,
  • or special freight requirements.

Authority to Leave

Unless specifically requested otherwise, some deliveries may be left in a safe location at the freight provider’s discretion.

Blenders Direct is not responsible for goods after delivery has been completed and confirmed by the freight provider.


Freight Damage

Customers must inspect all deliveries upon receipt.

If goods arrive damaged:

  • note the damage with the freight driver where possible,
  • take photographs immediately,
  • and contact Blenders Direct within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may affect freight claim outcomes.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Blenders Direct is not responsible for delays or additional freight costs caused by:

  • incorrect addresses,
  • failed delivery attempts,
  • or incomplete delivery information.

Special Order & Supplier Direct Shipments

Some products may be shipped directly from suppliers or warehouses located within Australia.

Special order items may have extended lead times which will be advised where possible.


Installation Services

Delivery does not include installation unless specifically stated in writing.

Where installation or setup services are requested, these may be quoted separately depending on:

  • location,
  • equipment type,
  • and site requirements.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided where available once goods have been dispatched.

Some freight providers may not provide live tracking for all delivery types.
