Refund & Returns Policy
Blenders Direct – Refunds, Returns & Consumer Guarantees
At Blenders Direct, we are committed to supplying quality commercial blender equipment, accessories and spare parts Australia wide.
This policy is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund where products:
- are faulty or defective,
- are not fit for purpose,
- do not match their description,
- or fail to meet consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
For major failures, customers may choose a refund or replacement in accordance with ACL requirements.
Change of Mind Returns
Due to the commercial nature of many products sold through Blenders Direct, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.
However, at our discretion, we may approve a return request where:
- the item is unused,
- in original packaging,
- in resalable condition,
- and returned within 14 days of delivery.
Approved change of mind returns may incur:
- return freight charges,
- restocking fees where applicable,
- and original shipping charges may not be refundable.
Special order items, commercial equipment ordered specifically for a customer, clearance items and used products are generally non-returnable for change of mind.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect:
- please contact us within 48 hours of delivery,
- provide photographs of the issue,
- and include your order number and details.
Where applicable, Blenders Direct will arrange:
- repair,
- replacement,
- parts supply,
- or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Warranty Claims
Commercial blender equipment may also include manufacturer warranties.
Warranty periods and conditions vary between products and manufacturers.
Warranty claims may require:
- proof of purchase,
- troubleshooting,
- return of the product or parts,
- or assessment by the manufacturer or authorised service agent.

Returns must not be sent back without approval from our team.
Shipping Costs
For approved warranty or faulty product claims, return shipping arrangements will be assessed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law obligations.
For approved change of mind returns, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs.
Commercial Equipment & Installation
Commercial equipment should be installed, operated and maintained in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
Damage caused by:
- misuse,
- incorrect installation,
- abuse,
- neglect,
- modification,
- or improper cleaning/maintenance
may void warranty coverage.
