Returns & Exchanges

• Eligibility: We accept returns on all products within 30 days of your purchase date.
• Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition. Please ensure that the product is in its original packaging and includes all accessories, parts, and documentation that came with it.
• Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
• Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to availability and must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email us at info@procook.com.au or call 0738684964. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your blender.
2. Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or you received the wrong item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
3. Restocking Fees: In some cases, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply if the product is returned in opened or used condition.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your Vitamix blender is defective or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will assist you with arranging a replacement or full refund. We may ask for photos of the damage or defect to expedite the process.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products that do not meet the eligibility requirements for returns.
• Items purchased as part of a special promotion or clearance sale may not be eligible for returns or exchanges (please check the product description at checkout for details).
